Kudos for the great job on Stern. Grew up listening to your Dad and after heainrg you Thursday morning I love the fun innocence in your voice. This will give you some really good exposure. You handled it with great composure. Hard to believe how you have grown up so fast or worse yet.. that I have grown old as quickly. Thank you for doing the show!

Well I've tried pretty much evtnrehiyg and had let down when I was around my babies, talking about them, thinking about them, hearing them cry and even hearing other babies cry it's a bit insane actually. I'm not sure what will work the best for you but here it goes 1. Lilypadz work good and are great for going out as they hide nicely and don't look like your wearing pads in your bra. I did find that in the beginning with a heavy let down you can still leak through them but incidents were few and far between. The pain about them is that I found you have to remove them from your bra while feeding or they pick up fuzz and won't adhere properly again and then are basically useless.2. Extra shirts in the diaper bag for you are key this is not only important for leaky boobs but also handy when diapers leak and you end up covered in yellow baby poop! In the early days I would change my breast pads every feed or at least every couple of feeds 4. Try all types of breast pads until you find the ones that work for you they are not all made equal. I tried the washable ones but couldn't use them as my flow was too heavy. I found a brand and I can't remember it now for the life of me but anyway they made a disposable pads for heavy and medium flow worked like a charm!!
